the Paper Magazine Can't

What’s a Blogazine?
We made up the term (blog + magazine = blogazine) because this version of the Alumnae Quarterly can offer readers several features the printed magazine can’t. We hope you enjoy these enhancements, and will let us know what you think of them.

•  There’s an “add/view comments” feature so you can react quickly to articles and read others’ comments.
• We’ve posted additional information related to many feature articles, with live links to other websites.
•  The full text of all articles is indexed and searchable.
• There is an audio version of each article. (Just click the “listen to this article” link•   If you want to purchase a book listed in Off the Shelf, here is a link to BookSense.com
• We’ve added sociable bookmark links, so you can share an article in del.ico.us, NewsVine, etc.
• Where possible, we’ve posted additional photos and audio or video links.
• You may subscribe to the blogazine with a number of RSS news feeds. (This brings each new posting directly to your computer as soon as it's posted.)
• You can suggest story ideas, or send a letter to the printed magazine, via e-mail links.
• Comments are secured with an anti-spam  tool.
• Images are viewable as slide shows (see “photo albums” under Links in the left-hand column).
